
Tetrahydrocurcumin = no brain fog
I’ve been dealing with brain fog for a while now so I’ve tried the main recommendations that were here. I added D3, which did help with stabilizing mood but it never affected the brain fog. So I tried adding omega 3s and a B complex which I do feel better overall taking but no effect on the brain fog. I recently added tetrahydrocurcumin and thats what completely got rid of it! I’m thinking since it is a PGP inhibitor it reaches the brain very well where it can reduce CNS inflammation. I also read that it has strong neuro protective effects, and a rat study showed it enhanced mitochondrial function in the brain. I would love to know if anyone else has taken it and their experiences with it. Great stuff, if you have brain fog I highly recommend you test it out for yourself. You will feel the difference.
