Items don't get changed much but what item changes/reworks would you make if you were in the charge of item balance?
I personally would like to see a rework to strikers flail, it feels way too crit based compared to other crit items
also since morello can have mana generation and nashor's tooth exists, I think it would be cool to introduce a minor 10% crit chance stat and put it on 2-3 non-glove items like sterak and kraken's fury just to mix up crit builds and have more variety
