I am not going to say that the maintenance was the best of the best, but I had a official revision at Triumph in November and 3000km ago, last time I clean and lube the chain was 1000km ago

Any recommendations on how to proceed? What to take care of first?
I’m sopping for a new chain and sprocket kit.

The last picture was taken 40 min before. To be honest I feel the bike warning me before it happened, and was to take a good look at the chain when I arrived home, didn’t had the chance.
Rookie mistake, not going to happen to me twice.
