Anyone have the files from the usb since the online link is dead? Got one as a project but no usb in the box

So on the 1st I shipped out 3 large boxes at my local iOS store. 2 had 3d printers 1 was the accessories. Unknowingly I had printed the label for the smaller 3d printer box twice, so box it(60lbs) and the larger one(90lbs) had the same label. Someone grabbed the smaller one and hauled it to the back as I waited to get a receipt. The cashier (who was brand new of course) scanned the two boxes at the drop and went to the back forums the other scanned it and I went on my way. About 2 days later my customer and I realized 1 package still said ready to ship. I contacted the store and was told maybe I double labeled and if I had it would still be delivered. On checking my receipt yep that was the case, so first of all why didn’t this flag at the register?

A few days pass and the 2 packages that had scans showed up. The third which actually was the 60lb 3d printer (and the package that was hauled off to the back before scanning) did not. I’ve opened a case with ups capital as I bought my insurance through pirate ship, no action even after calling them crickets. The store manager reviewed the cameras and claims they can see it was loaded on the truck. How is it possible there’s no one who can see additional double scans of the same label? There has to be a trail of where it was last scanned twice and I’m guessing what ups warehouse it is just sitting in. My phone email everything is attached to all my labels and this is getting really maddening. The printer that’s missing is a full custom 1 off voron, so while insurance would replace the money it can’t replace the build.

Anyone have advice or a contact for me to reach out too that could actually help?
