I am trying to donate a big rock to the Rice Museum, but running into an issue. I had a truck and trailer and way to load/unload lined up but it fell through. I can still get it loaded but transport and unloading is what I am struggling with. It's in Tualatin, rice museum is Hillsboro/North Plains. I can pay a few hundred bucks, but this is for a donation, so I don't have much to offer. I can have it on a custom pallet I made for it, or not. It's basically a 2k lb jasper/Opal boulder that I am trying to save from being turned into gravel at a quarry. Any thought or ideas would be great. Cheers.
