Split inventory by warehouse location and show customers region specific stock?

Hello!!

I run a small DTC brand currently fulfilling everything from a warehouse in Australia. I'm about to open a second warehouse in the US and need to set things up so:

I have two different inventories in Shopify where I split the stock based on what I have AU vs the US. I also need to (A guess this is the tricky part) make sure that US based visitor sees and can only purchase from US warehouse stock and visitors from anywhere else (AU, NZ, EU, UK, etc.) see and purchase from the Australian warehouse stock.

So if my stock for SKU X is 3 in Australia and 0 in the US, then a US visitor should not be able to buy and it should be displayed as sold out while a non US visitor would be able to buy it.

Anyone who can help with how to set this up or point me in the right direction? Would be much appreciated! Also curious what plan is required. Does this need Shopify Plus or does it work with basic?

Cheeers and thanks!

Looking for fashion 3PL

Hi!

We are a smaller Australian women fashion brand looking for a 3PL in the US. We have a growing US audience and want to offer quicker shipments and better return policy for our customers.

Since we are a smaller brand I guess we are looking for a 3PL without minimums or with very low ones.
We make mostly event wear for women and our packaging is a bit more premium with boxes, tissue paper and dust bags etc which we would want to keep with our 3PL.

Any guidance, recommendations or advice is greatly appreciated!

US duties and tarriffs

Hi all 3PLs and experts

I am an Australian business selling to the US DTC. I ship from Australia so tariffs and duties rates is based on the retail price ie what I sell the product for. However if I would use a 3PL in the US would the tariffs then be based on my purchasing price?

I am currently looking into a 3PL partner in the US but want to make this clear as it has quite big impact on our unit economics.

Thanks for any advice!!
