Staybridge but stays over 26 days not allowed

Nowhere on my reservation or in the booking process is this disclosed so I booked for 42 days only to be told at check in I need to leave after 26 days and then book more days for the remainder of my stay. When I asked why I can book a 42 days stay when the hotel policy prevents them, they said so the 30 day discount is available. Text support is of course just being a broken record. But people make travel plans based on their reservation.

There is a review from 2 years ago mentioning the same issue so it’s not a glitch or new policy.

Important since it seems to be missed:

I have to check out on day 26, be gone for a minimum of 24 Hours, and then check back in.

For questioning why a wife who doesn’t want sex means a man can blow up an otherwise happy family because she won’t have sex when she doesn’t want sex.

I guess marital rape laws are just symbolic and women don’t actually have the right to say no.
