7-8 Bigha land 2hrs away from Indore what would you build on it

Hey everyone, wanted to get some advice on a land situation. We have about 7-8 bigha of ancestral agricultural land in Madhya Pradesh sitting on the main road of a small village, around 8km from the highway and roughly 1-2 hours from Indore and Dewas. The village itself has around 3-4 thousand people. Right now it’s just being used for regular farming, wheat and soybean mostly. Current value if we sell it as agricultural land would be somewhere around 3-4 crore but that feels like we’re leaving a lot on the table given the location and proximity to Indore.

As someone from the new generation I keep going back and forth on what the right move is. Would you just sell it and take the money, or would you try to do something with it and actually build something meaningful on it? And if you were to start something, what would it be given the location and the kind of area it is? Would love to hear from people who have actually dealt with land like this in MP or know the Indore Dewas belt. What would you do?

[Seeking] Buying a plot in Micro Mitti Madhuvan Indore at ₹7,500/sqft — worth the premium?

Hey everyone,
26 year old NRI(moving back to indore in 2years) looking at Micro Mitti Madhuvan, a plotted township in Indore’s AB Bypass corridor at ₹7,500/sqft. Nearby townships in the same area with no amenities are going at ₹5,500–6,500/sqft.
Questions:
1. Is the ₹1,000–2,000/sqft premium over basic neighbouring townships justified or am I overpaying?
2. Does amenity premium actually reflect in resale or do all plots in an area appreciate similarly?
3. Realistic appreciation expectations on AB Bypass for next 5-7 years?
Would love honest feedback from anyone who knows the Indore market .
Thanks
