I know these types of posts are probably annoying, but me and some buddies will be staying about an hour south of Tampa in a few weeks, and wanted to know if there are any good jump spots in the general area? We’re willing to drive a couple hours.
I’ve been experiencing sleep paralysis for years at this point, and while a little annoying and mildly frightening, I’ve never really experience a super scary episode. I’m always completely aware of when I’m in sleep paralysis, and I simply keep my eyes closed and wait for the episode to pass. I recently had an episode where my closed-eye “strategy” was infiltrated. I had these distinct closed-eyes visuals of a bunch of distorted and maimed faces, which I viewed in almost slideshow format. One would appear, and a few seconds later it was like I swiped to a new picture. It was accompanied by an extremely accurate EAS tone (like you’d hear for an amber alert) which was equally frightening because the only auditory hallucinations I tend to have are faint static or ringing noises. Is there any reason why this episode might have been so much more frightening than prior ones?
I’m hella confused. Just had 4 opponents in a row quit on me. 2 games were tied, 2 games I led by one run, all occured in the first couple innings? By no means complaining but never seen anything like it. For context I have jumped a ridiculous amount in rating over the course of weekend classic (~600 to 867), so I don’t know if it could be some weird glitch on that or what. Essentially just asking for any input as to why tf this might be happening or if I’m just the luckiest player ever.
