I feel so discouraged

LSAC reversed their decision regarding Dual Enrollment and GPA. I had an incredibly traumatic event happen in high school, so my dual enrollment transcript is a 2.0. I have been putting off applying for two years because I felt so discouraged seeing my CAS GPA, even though my degree GPA is good. After hearing about the change, I decided this was the year I was going to apply. I contacted LSAC, was told I had to pay to resubmit my transcripts, and got my GPA recalculated. I've been studying to retake the LSAT (previous score 160), and paid to register for the October test. I have my LORs and my essays. Everything felt like it fell into place. Now, my GPA just went down .4 points. No addendum is as compelling as that higher GPA. I feel like they just gave me whiplash but that whiplash is life changing and very expensive. I really don't want to have to wait another year.

I’ve never felt so encouraged and discouraged at the same time

I’m really hoping for a 163+ by October but am really struggling to close that gap. Definitely need to increase speed and stamina (and overthinking as it’s well past midnight and I can’t sleep)

Rate my school list?? 3.5 / 160 (retaking) / T3 softs / 3 years WE

Below are the schools currently on my list. Do I have too many? Any good schools I'm omitting? I am retaking the October LSAT and plan to apply right when the scores release. I am shooting for around a 165. I want to work in nonprofit/public interest/government. I am in a queer relationship so would prefer to be in blue cities/states. Thanks!

How many PTs do you take a week?

I’m taking one a week right now on the weekend with 2-3 hours of both timed and untimed drills/review during the weekdays as I work FT. Curious to hear other people’s schedule :)

I am so surprised and happy with how I did as I was shooting for a 2:45. The fastest mile I had ran before this was an 11:50 and I averaged 13:00-13:30 pace for training runs so I’m not sure where this came from!

I definitely made some mistakes in recovery.. Race was Sunday and I went to a theme park that night until 2am. The outside of my right foot started bothering me to the point that I was limping at the end of the night and all day yesterday. Now I’m trying to take it easy but my foot is still bad and my calves are so so so tight. I have been foam rolling and icing my foot. Anyone have tips for my continued recovery? I feel better today but I’ve had limited movement.
