When did they change helmet requirements for outfits?

When did they change helmet requirements for outfits?

I finally got back into this game recently after they updated the console version with 4K 60fps, and completely forgot how fun this game is. Anyway, the last time I made an outfit in this game was before COVID. I went and re-did some of the trash outfits I had made back then and while doing so, I realized that you now must put on a mask to put on a helmet. This definitely wasn't a thing before, because all my outfits that had helmets back then had no masks, and thus the helmets were now all replaced with NVG in those outfits. When was this change implemented?

Edit: I've been made aware that this is a bug, not a feature. Nevermind.

What other songs from Logic or other artists sound like this?

When I first heard City in the Stars on Ultra 85, I fell in love with laid-back vibe it had. Ever since, I have tried to find more songs (either from Logic or other artists) that have this calm vibe to it. Does anyone know of any songs like this? I'd love to make a playlist out of them.

Why are so many Mainers driving so terribly this year?

I'm sure I'll be downvoted for this like every other time I call out bad behavior from Mainers, but whatever. I work a job that includes a LOT of driving. I've worked this job for a few years now, so I know how Mainers typically drive. For that reason, I've been very surprised at how awful their driving has been this year. In just the past month I have seen more near-collisions, dangerous lack of patience, inability to keep in lanes, very unsafe braking habits, distracted driving, and just straight-up crashes than I have throughout the entirety of last year. And the crazy thing is this isn't even Route 1 or Interstate traffic, which I know is always crazy. These are just normal roads out in rural and suburban Maine where very many people have apparently lost any ability to exercise safe and patient driving. Just today, I saw at least 3 or 4 different people attempt to throw themselves out into traffic because they couldn't stand to wait literally a couple seconds for the last car to pass. At times, I genuinely feel safer around out-of-staters than I do around Mainers this year 😂 Is anyone else seeing this, or am I just in Maine Hell somehow?

Forza Horizon 6 does not have too many dirt/cross country races

I see so many posts and comments all over Forza Horizon-related content about people hating the amount of dirt and cross country races that are in Horizon 6. Is there any reason why this "issue" is so prevalent among the Horizon 6 community? Horizon 6's split between the race types is about average for the series since at least Horizon 3. Why does it feel like this is talked about so much more for 6 than it ever was for 5, 4, or 3? Not that I wouldn't like more Festival asphalt races, I just don't understand where this complaint stems from, especially considering the type of game Horizon is.

-------

Forza Horizon 6 Festival Races

● 25 Asphalt (39%)

● 40 Dirt/Cross Country (61%)

● Roughly 3:2 ratio

-------

Forza Horizon 5 Festival Races

● 28 Asphalt (42%)

● 40 Dirt/Cross Country (58%)

● Roughly 3:2 ratio

-------

Forza Horizon 4 Festival Races

● 31 Asphalt (45%)

● 39 Dirt/Cross Country (55%)

● Roughly 1:1 ratio

-------

Forza Horizon 3 Festival Races

● 25 Asphalt (40%)

● 38 Dirt/Cross Country (60%)

● Exactly 3:2 ratio

-------

Also, this game literally has more asphalt races in total (45) than it does mixed-surface races (40), it's just that 20 of them are street/touge races that don't count towards Festival progression. But again, Festival progression races have always been dominated by dirt and cross country, so idk why I see this complaint so much more this year.

How can they possible top this with Horizon 7?

Edit: I really love autocorrect "correcting" possibly to possible.

Edit 2: To those who think I'm either complaining about 6 or wanting to move past 6 straight to 7, that's not true. I'm simply using 7 as a way to say "How in the world are they ever going to top this game?"

I spent almost the entire day just exploring Japan, and it was the most fun I've ever had in any racing game. I always thought a Japan map would be overrated for some reason (idk why), but I was so, SO wrong. The map is literally every Forza Horizon player's dream come true, and the fact that we have actual progression again is great. The city almost feels like an entirely different game compared to the rest of the map, and it's just so cool being able to cut up and race through traffic in city streets and proper highways. Playground Games have truly outdone themselves this time, and I genuinely can't envision any way they could one-up this game. 10/10

Threw this Trap + Boom Bap beat together in a little over an hour. What are your thoughts?

The selection of drums I used most likely will change a little, but overall, the structure of this beat will remain the same. I came up with this melody in my head while I was out looking for toads to take pictures of. I'm so glad I stored that idea away for later, because I really enjoy the melody I was able to put together. It hasn't entered the mixing stage yet, so there may be some volume issues. What are your thoughts? Is it missing anything? What kind of mixing changes should I make?
