Hi, I had a nikaah (muslim marriage at the mosque). I want to register the marriage at home affairs out of community of property without accrual. Is this possible or do I need a private lawyer or notary to do an Anti nup? Or does Department of Home Affairs provide this?

I have recently started to perform tahajjud and had heard that witr should be performed after tahajjud. If I intend to wake up for tahajjud but don't then I missed my witr?
It feels a bit odd to me if I woke up 20 minutes before fajr in winter which is 6.30am and to perform yesterdays witr after tahajjud the next day.
Do you set an alarm to perform tahajjud or should it be a natural waking up?

I always wake up tahajjud time for many years but never considered doing it. Last year, I was faced with a life altering calamity and I still woke up but just couldn't get out of bed to perform it. Yesterday, I decided that I am going to do it and slept earlier. I finally performed tahajjud. I hope I will be able to do it everyday. I hope my duahs will be answered. I am in need of a miracle.
Please make duah for me and all those who are struggling, lost and broken and for all those that don't have anyone to pray for them .
