It was a small 1hr 30min. I got downtown Portland. No biggie. It was early enough where there was no traffic and I can park.
I’m here thinking “ooooh maybe someone will tip , even just $5 :’) “ literally NO ONE TIPPED.
That was my face when I saw that I got no tips. Even delivering to their door ect. I know it’s not obligated but like daaaaamn man 😭😭🤣 I was irritated.
I’m here at the infamous vor3 at 3am. Luckily I got her at 3:15am before the chaos but holy shit everyone is legit pissing me off. Like this fucking asshole making all the car go thru this narrow ass way. I hate mfs here so much 🥲😑
Question- people that have done these, do you actually get tipped ? Not talking like crazy amounts but at least get something?
I’m at VOR3 rn and the warehouse peeps just told us that they have new kiosks where we can just scans our phones so it can be faster to get routes and not wait for the scanner. Which is fucking neat.
But I saw so many faces turn white when he also said “they’ll be able to detect if you have multiple accounts “ or something along those lines and I was started laughing at drivers when they were trying to avoid those kiosks 🤣
Idk how true that is but hey at least it’s something
2 packages for 3 1/2 route and it’s 10 min from home 🤏🏼✨
I deeeply appreciate the warehouse workers that actually take the time to sort of organize the carts (one side boxes and the other side envelopes) and not just throw that shit in there. 🌱🫶🏼

Who here is working for both flex and dsp? And if you are, how? A while back I applied and they asked me if I worked for flex . I said yes but they told me I couldn’t do both. Do you just lie and be like no I don’t work for flex? Or how are you able to do both?

I did a 4:30am-8am shift today at VOR3 . 47 packages , Vancouver . Lowkey was dreading it , thinking fuckkkkk I’m not gonna finish by 8. I finished 40 min early . ✌🏼🤧 idk I feel like a badass when I finish my shifts early
