ProTool Error 0x149 during CAS/DME synchronization after MSD81 swap

Hi everyone,
I’m getting Error 0x149 in ProTool every time I try to synchronize the CAS and DME, and I’m completely stuck.

My original MSD80 had a blown MOSFET. I sent it to someone to replace the MOSFETs, but unfortunately the board (Platine) was damaged during the repair and the DME was no longer usable.

Because of that, I swapped to an MSD81.

Here’s the current situation:
The injectors are coded correctly.
I was able to flash an MSD81 map successfully.
The VIN writes and reads correctly.
I was told the ISN has also been transferred correctly.
Everything else seems to work normally.
The only problem is that I cannot synchronize the CAS and DME.

When I try to perform the synchronization with ProTool, it always fails with Error 0x149.
In the meantime, I have also replaced the battery and registered/coded it, but the problem remains.
At this point I have no idea what else to check. Has anyone experienced Error 0x149 during a CAS/DME synchronization after an MSD81 swap? Could this indicate an ISN issue, a CAS problem, or something else?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
