A premissa eu gostei bastante.

Assisti antes de ontem e a metade pra frente me chocou demais.

MinMax H3 Turbo LoRa is already AMAZING!

Just sharing my results using the Turbo LoRA that was created for H3.

They said it’s still a work in progress, and the audio is still a little bit stretchy in some parts, but the results are already fantastic. I mean, it’s only the third day since H3 was released and we already have a functional Turbo LoRA.

I generated all the clips in this video with the Turbo LoRA enabled, using 10 steps at 0.4MP.

The first three clips were T2V, and the last two were FLF2V.

The only thing I manually added was the soundtrack at the end.

*EDIT: It was T2V not I2V.

Sou homem, hoje tenho 31 anos.

LTX 2.3 Camera Control - Any hints?

I've been experimenting with LTX 2.3 for a few weeks now.

One of the issues I've been struggling with is getting the camera to orbit around a person's head, like a full 360-degree rotation. I just can't get it to work at all.

I've tried the vanilla ComfyUI workflow, LTX Director 2, and SeedHunter's workflow, but none of them seem able to produce this kind of camera movement.

Do you have any tips, workflow recommendations, or know of any LoRAs that could help with camera control and orbital movements?

Thank you!

Can LTX Director 2 use Eros LTX 2.3?

I’m currently using the LTX Director 2 workflow, and the results feel almost like magic. However, it would be a real game changer if the workflow could use the Eros checkpoint instead of the standard LTX 2.3 model.

Eros seems to have much better prompt understanding and is significantly less restricted.

I tried replacing the main checkpoint and one of the CLIP models with the Eros versions, but the generated video became extremely blurry.

Has anyone managed to get Eros working properly with LTX Director 2? Are there any additional nodes, model components, settings, or workflow changes required to make them compatible?

TaleWeaver - AI visual novel studio (please ignore the Windows Activation message hehe)

Hey everyone,

I’ll try to keep this as short as possible hahaha. Around 3 weeks ago, I found a story creation website that generated stories based on the user’s prompt, in a Visual Novel format. It generated images for sprites, backgrounds, and had a pretty nice interface. I was really impressed until, of course, after a few minutes my free credits ran out and I had to buy more to keep using it.

So I started looking into local LLMs and discovered SillyTavern. I tried to make it work like what I had experienced on that website, but it didn’t really come close, probably because SillyTavern seems more focused on creating an AI companion, and that wasn’t exactly what I wanted.

Then I thought: well, why not try to build one myself? I’m a developer, but I have basically zero free time. Besides working like crazy, I’m married and have 2 small kids, so building something alone just for me to “play with” sounded insane. But then I discovered Codex. I was already paying for GPT Premium because of work, but I didn’t really know about Codex.

So I worked on the project, but more like a manager than a developer. Of course, I still had to learn the basics of local LLMs, how to set up Llama locally, and a bit about ComfyUI, models, nodes, checkpoints, buuuut it worked.

I “developed” TaleWeaver. It ended up being almost the same, and maybe even better, than what I had tried on that website. I thought it was so cool that I wanted more people to see it, use it, have fun with it, and help me make it even better. So I decided to put it on GitHub and make it available for free to anyone who wants to try it.

TaleWeaver uses ComfyUI to generate the images it needs, and it can use any OpenAI-compatible API, as well as local models through Llama or Ollama. In the settings, you can configure the AI setup. There are two AI configurations: one for creating the story and another for generating the scenes. You can set the startup script and the server where Llama is running, as well as the startup script for ComfyUI and the server where it is running.

You can just explore the app and slowly figure out what each thing does.

There is still A LOT I need to fix. It is probably full of bugs, especially because I only tested it on my own machine. I’m not sure if the OpenAI integration still works, because I only tested it at the beginning and then switched to using Llama only. Besides the bugs, there are still many things I want to improve. But I would really love to get feedback from anyone willing to test it.

Just to be clear, I don’t want to sell this, and I never will. It is meant to be free so everyone can enjoy it. I might add a “Buy me a coffee” link later if people like it and want to throw a few bucks my way, but only if they feel like it.

Oh, I’ll also share some ComfyUI workflows I created to use with the app.

I only use local models, both for generating images and for the story itself:

Story creation AI: Gemma 4 26B MoE

Narrative AI: Gemma 4 12B

ComfyUI: I use several models because it changes from style to style, but the one I like the most is Image Anima Preview

I have an RTX 3080 10GB. It is modest for AI, but I can still run everything in a tolerable way.

The app is available in Portuguese (BR) and English.

Looking for a local LLM for visual novel storytelling on RTX 3080 10GB

Hi everyone,

I'm building a local/self-hosted visual novel app inspired by DreamRunner. The idea is that the AI generates the story dynamically as the player plays, while the app stores lore, memory, characters, relationships, scenes, choices, etc.

I'm using Ollama locally for the narrative and ComfyUI for sprites/backgrounds. My problem is the writing quality. I tested Qwen 7B and it feels too weak/generic for long-form storytelling and character-driven dialogue. Qwen 14B gives better results, but it is too slow on my machine for an interactive visual novel flow.

My setup:

  • RTX 3080 10GB VRAM
  • 32GB RAM
  • Windows
  • Ollama

What I need from the model:

  • strong creative writing / fiction / roleplay ability
  • good visual novel style scenes
  • consistent characters and relationships
  • decent long-context handling
  • can output structured JSON when needed
  • ideally not too censored/restrictive
  • usable speed on my hardware

I don't need the model to generate images. ComfyUI handles that. I only need the LLM for story, dialogue, character creation, lore, memory updates, and visual prompts.

Are there any local models around 7B, 8B, 10B, 12B, or light 13B that are actually good for storytelling and would run reasonably well on my setup? I’m open to GGUF models and specific quantization recommendations too.

So far I’m considering things like Mistral-Nemo, creative-writing/roleplay fine-tunes, and maybe older 13B models in Q3/Q4, but I’d really appreciate recommendations from people who have tested this kind of use case.

Thanks!

A good model for Visual Novel writting uncensored

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a local visual novel app, and it's starting to look pretty good. The main problem right now is the writing.

I'm still a complete beginner with Ollama and local AI models, so I've been trying to find a good model that can run locally and help generate strong Visual Novel-style stories. So far, I've tried qwen2.5:7b, mistral-nemo, and dolphin-llama3.

That’s when I found out that some local models, like qwen2.5:7b and mistral-nemo, can still be censored, which I honestly didn’t know was a thing with local models. On the other hand, dolphin-llama3 seems less restricted, but it really doesn’t feel great for story writing.

My setup is:

RTX 3080 10GB
32GB RAM

Do you guys know any good uncensored models that can run well on this setup and are good for writing Visual Novel stories?

Hi everyone,

I’ve modded other games before, but this is my first time modding Starfield.

Yesterday I tried setting it up on PC. I installed Vortex, pointed it to the Starfield folder (where the .exe is), and downloaded/installed a few mods. However, when I launch the game, none of the mods load. There are no error messages or warnings.

I’ve tried launching both through Steam and directly via the .exe, but the result is the same. StarfieldCustom.ini is there too with the correct settings.

Am I missing something? Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi guys,

I’m back to playing Starfield after the Free Lanes update. I’m enjoying it, but there are a few things I really wish were improved. Could you recommend some mods that make the experience better?

  • More ship parts and overall variety
  • The ability to preview the ship interior before saving it (how am I supposed to know what the habs look like inside?)
  • Seamless grav jumps
  • That mod that lets you place doors and stairs wherever you want (I forgot the name)
  • A good menu/UI overhaul
  • Better weapon selection (seriously, why isn’t there a weapon wheel?)
  • A faster way to consume food without digging through the inventory menu
  • Any other quality-of-life mods you’d recommend
