Why does this keep showing up after loading a save in stalker soc?

Batman Arkham Origins Always Crashing After Opening The Menus
The game opens and i get 17-20 fps with a few stuttering but man whenever I access the menu to upgrade my abilities, a text box appears saying crash dumped. I already cnfigured the allow3d10 to true and allow3d11 to false. any ideas?
