What’s so special about this ancient coin?
The owner wants $15.5k for it! Does it even make any sense?

I stumbled upon this gem randomly and thought to share it with everyone! Should I get it CAC’ed? Any advice who may be interested in this is greatly appreciated!
Hi all! What are your thoughts on the grade and valuation of this beauty? Thanks in advance.
I inherited four coin albums, and they all look fantastic! I’m not very knowledgeable about Mercury or Roosevelt dimes. Could you please provide some insights into these coins and suggest how much I might be able to sell them for? Also interested to know if there are certain coins that are worth more than melt in these sets. Thank you in advance!
I stumbled upon these coins at a coin shop and couldn’t resist buying them to satisfy my curiosity. After some investigation, I found them to be in pretty good condition. I’m curious to know if anyone thinks I shouldn’t grade them. I paid $110 for each coin.
I spent $250 on these two coins. Should I grade them? I’m trying to do a cost-benefit analysis.
Should I liberate these coins and send them for grading and encapsulation, or should I keep them in the GSA slabs and let NGC add the riddon around them?
I am trying to condence my silver stack… which one needs to go first? Thanks.
They seem to be worth the effort of getting graded. What are your unbiased thoughts on this? I’m biased because I’ve been holding onto these two ever since I can remember!
Looking for opinions on this coin. Sold to me as a Constantius II AV solidus, Antioch mint, GLORIA REIPVBLICAE reverse. Measurements: weight 3.8g (confirmed 3x), diameter 20-21mm, surface XRF reads 98% Au. Standard solidus weight should be ~4.5g, so I’m concerned about the underweight. Edge looks irregular and gold throughout (no seam line). Considering submitting to NGC Ancients but wanted thoughts first. Photos attached!
I’ve been holding onto this piece for years now, and I feel it deserves to be graded or, at the very least, authenticated. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.
