I found that the intermediary agency impose 3 percentage of commisions to each sellers and buyers.

Is this considered as normal comission fee in Spain?

I just think the intermediary doesn't do much, what they do is just having a call and deliver the words between sellers and buyers, blocking the direct conversation. Is it worthy for them to get this huge amount of commisions?

Is there a way that i can just communicate with the sellers without intermediary?
