Have I just been unlucky or you don’t get any support if the scooter not is bought from the official site? I don’t want any warranty or anything just had a simple question.

Hello! Just got my space lite delivered and these couple of days I’ve just looked around trying to find spare parts, thing is there isn’t nearly anything, does it share components with some other models? Anybody going through same thing?
