My stem has started to get loose, anyone who knows how do i tighten it?

Have I just been unlucky or you don’t get any support if the scooter not is bought from the official site? I don’t want any warranty or anything just had a simple question.
And what is that on their site that they have live support haha?😅🤷🏽 I hope I just have missed something..

Hello! Just got my space lite delivered and these couple of days I’ve just looked around trying to find spare parts, thing is there isn’t nearly anything, does it share components with some other models? Anybody going through same thing?
