How do you move on from someone you loved for seven years when you're the one who ruined it?

We met in school and spent about seven years together. One day, during an argument, I said something hurtful out of anger, and that was enough to end everything.

Years later, I reached out, hoping there might still be a chance. Instead, I found out she had already moved on and was in another relationship. After that, she blocked me.

I don't blame her. If anything, I blame myself. One moment of anger cost me the person I loved the most.

For those who've been through something similar, how did you forgive yourself, let go of the guilt, and finally move on?
