
"Import not possible" but movement afterwards
Hello,
I ordered something and saw this message in the tracking updates. However, the shipment seemed to continue moving 7 minutes later. Still, the headline says "Import not possible," and there have been no further updates since then.
On the PostNL tracking page, it now says "The parcel has crossed the border" for the second time, with an update from Monday, May 18 at 12:00. Since then, there have been no updates from either DHL or PostNL.
I know there was a weekend in between, but I am getting a bit worried because the item is now sold out and I am not sure what I can do.
Has anyone had a similar situation before?
