Should I make them with their chest plates off or on? The shirtless vibe seems/looks pretty cool but idk
So i have a game vs Tomb kings, but im not entirely worried about that, however 2 games away is a game vs high elves and I wanted to k oe if anyone had any tips or tricks vs high elves?

I plan toget dump off/cloudburster on my unleveled thrower, gaurd on my 2nd blitzer, and dodge on my other catcher eventually. As well as HMP on my canoneer thrower.

So i was watching the showcase games yesterday, and in game 2 I noticed ednsowmthing odd, and I wanted to know if anyone else knew what happened or if my fears are valid.
TAU player moved up a devilfish, diaembarked, got demolished with overwatch, and then shot at the plague marines with the remaining few breachers.
One of the announcers said they were "wounding on 5's but rerolling becUse they were on an objective"
Current pulse blasters are str 6.
Plague marines are toughness 6.
Why would that be 5's?
