Dresser Mirror

I love the look of a mirror mounted above a dresser with some space between the bottom of the mirror and the dresser, but don’t want to risk damaging the walls or having to repair on move out. Any ideas to get the look with a mirror attached to the dresser?

First Apartment - ISO Rug Recommendations

Like the title says, I’m moving into my first apartment soon and am looking for a rug for the dining area. The floors are a medium wood look vinyl, and I’m aiming for a cozy colorful but not too crazy vibe. I’m including pictures of the sofa, living rug, dining table, and dining seating(I only bought part of the set so it fits in the corner). The dining area is really just a corner of the living area, so I want a rug to visually separate the areas but be cohesive. I think low pile and easily spot cleaned would be practical, but I don’t plan on washing the whole thing so it doesn’t have to be washable, and would love to stay under $100. Thanks!
