Any views? 42m, got an ADHD diagnosis last week. Struggled all my life but been able to mask and have academic and professional success.

Suffered a lot last year, stress and overwhelm got unbearable over winter holidays, sat down to meditate and had a mini-kensho. Since then in a far better place, meditating daily and sorting out a huge backlog of health problems including the ADHD
