Just out of curiosity
Do most rep watches have enough links for 8" wrists?
I always thought I had slim wrists but apparently 8" is a large wrist.
If not, is it easy to get extra links that match?

If you have a watch with sun & moon complications is it showing an eclipse just now?
Time from start to finish? - 2 weeks. 10 headache tablets. Some alcohol. Maybe even cried a little.
Stem still wrong. Watch keeps stopping. Used 4 stems in total. I cut it down so that the stem fits in when pushed all the way in, it sits just where the case threads start. Then push the crown (springy bit) in and thread it and the hands move the time.
If I cut it longer when I try to screw down crown it doesn't reach the case threads.
As it is screwing case down moves hands and when fully in, watch stops!!!
It's driven my crazy. Have all parts for a Seiko Daytona but had so much trouble on this one, it's hard to start again.
I pushed it in as far as it goes. It doesn't reach the screws in but coming out of case. I cut it down 4mm now it screws in but moves the hands as it does.
It's driving me nuts. If I cut it too far, why won't it screw in with long stem before cutting?
I've bent my 1st seconds hand. Had to order more (2 sets). It's an AP type chrono so that was my first mistake, more tiny hands.
I tried rodico on setting tool but the seconds hand just pulled away when I took tool off.
It's so fiddly, my hands shake. Am I missing a technique? It drove me crazy. There must be an easier way. Otherwise people would try it once then give up. So frustrating.
Any advice gratefully accepted. Thanks.
Two thin but stiff strips of plastic. V cuts in them with a small semi circular hole. Put them together and slot seconds hand into hole. It keeps seconds hand perpendicular to minute & hour hands. Press on and slide plastic strips apart.
I find this the hardest part. Keeping the seconds hand still as you're pressing it on.
Any thoughts?
Does anyone know of a good reputable company who could make an accurate quality dial for this design and roughly how much it would cost?
I'm looking to build this. What parts do you recommend?
