Asking for a friend. They are able to pay out of pocket and need to see someone urgently for a 15 year old gifted kiddo who has suicidal ideation with dissociation. They do not want to go the ER route as they are scared of this being in his file forever (their words so no point in disagreeing on the post). Extra points go to ND affirming providers.
