




31M, 6’4, 197lb where to go from here?
Down about 60 lbs from extended cut but was obese before. Lost a good bit of muscle and this is what I have now. Pretty versed with dieting and think I’m past recomping - question is do I continue to cut down to what is extremely thin for my height before adding muscle or do I focus on a bulk from here. Not muscular and not fat and kind of lost since all I’ve focused on is dieting the past 15 or so months. Apologies for the shit lighting
