My aid still hasn’t been corrected in the portal. One section has all of my original aid before the changes but it still says I owe 14,000 when I originally had a refund. Should I be worried as the deadline is tomorrow?
I’ve been doing unilateral tricep push downs for about 4 months now. In pretty much that entire time I’ve been stuck on around 55lbs. Should I continue doing unilateral pushdowns(with a cable) or move onto something different for progression?
