Fresh graduate and just recently started working. My question is how do I know when to open up to other employees? How do I know which employees I can trust and how can I build better rapport with people? Corporate feels like everyone is pretending to love it here.

I have been the quiet guy because sometimes I am afraid I might be sharing too much or being to honest about things. What I mean about being too honest is saying how I hate my job or stuff like that.

I've been working on my RateMyManager site (https://rate-my-manager.vercel.app/) - basically a ratemyprofessor but specifically on managers.

The idea is that your experience at a job often comes down to one person and right there's no good way to research a manager before accept an offer or transferring teams.

You can:

- Leave anon reviews rating your manager (past or current) on communication, fairness, growth support, workload, recognition, and team culture

- search managers by name or company

- Add managers if not already listed
