Hey, I’m planning to move near Manipal Academy of Higher Education Bangalore campus (Yelahanka / Yelahanka New Town area) and wanted to get a realistic idea of PG rents.

What’s the usual monthly rent for a single room PG around here? Preferably with basics like food, WiFi, and decent security.

Also, how much do prices go up for better or more premium PGs in that area?

Would really appreciate insights from people currently staying nearby

Hey, I’m trying to shortlist good 3-year LLB colleges (especially private/deemed).

I don’t want somewhere with insane attendance rules, but also not a degree factory with no real value. Looking for places that have decent exposure, faculty, and overall credibility.

Any suggestions or honest experiences?

I just walked out of the NLSAT at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, and the entire system is an absolute scam. I caught an invigilator actively facilitating cheating right after the exam ended.

While the rest of us were being ushered out of the building, I walked past a ground-floor classroom. Inside, ONE invigilator was standing guard while TWO students were still writing their papers AND openly talking to each other. The exam was officially over. Honest students had their papers snatched from their hands mid-sentence. Meanwhile, these two were getting VIP extra time and actively collaborating right in front of the examiner's face.

What makes this even more enraging is that today's paper was an absolute bloodbath. Part A had 8 massive passages that completely drained the clock. Everyone was scrambling just to reach the essay in Part B. We pour our money and sweat into preparing, panic over losing 10 seconds, and stress over decimal points in the cutoff only to find out some people are just handed free time and answers by the staff themselves.

I was in too much shock and mental fog to scream at them right then, but this is exactly why people call out the corruption in these centralized NLU exams. The game is rigged.

Did anyone else at Shaheed Bhagat Singh today see what was happening on the ground floor?

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for good 3-year LLB colleges (govt or private) that take admission purely on graduation merit (no entrance exams) and are actually worth it in terms of exposure, internships, and overall career value.

My qualifications:

Decent CGPA in graduation

Appeared for CUET PG this year (score wasn’t what I expected, though I might still get a college through it)

I want to keep some solid backup options in case CUET PG doesn’t work out.

Not looking for random degree factories only colleges that are genuinely decent (even if not Tier 1).

Would really appreciate honest suggestions
