Whats with the pausing and halting voiceovers in the dub?

​This has got to be the worst dub cast in existence, it would almost be comical how long they spend between words if it didn't make it a complete drag to watch. Are there options to watch it in 2x speed or something?

Why would they disable Android phones from using the app?

I'm sure half of you are PR bots or NPCs, I just went to check my balance and the app says that my phone is invalid to use the app. I'm just gonna go change banks tomorrow but what was the point of the update? Was there some sort of deal on phones or something? ​
