PO Box confusion
Hi all!
I got a new PO Box recently. I received my first package with no problems, but the second package was returned to sender. When I went to the post office to ask why, they told me that the PO Box had not been fully associated with my name yet and they had me fill out some forms to resolve the issue.
Does anyone know what the reason for this might have been? I’m super frustrated because the seller is very slow and it’s been two months with no sign of a refund yet.. :( hesitant to order again.

Did they mess me up?
TLDR; I'd love an opinion on my new piercing.
I went in with two lobe piercings wanting a third. She told me that my second lobe piercing on both sides was uneven and placed incorrectly, and that she had a solution. So she drew up a triangle preserving my first hole and scrapping the second, telling me to leave it open to heal shut. I liked the triangle and when she started on the second side, she said a triangle wouldn't look good both sides, so she wanted to give me three lobe piercings on the other side.
This part is hard to explain but basically we ended up doing three lobe piercings on each side and the left ear has a stack (forming the triangle).
| like symmetry but I wasn't too picky today. Objectively, my only complaint is that if we compare the three lobe piercings on each side, they are not the same height. The piercings on the ear without the stack (triangle) are much higher than its sister.
I'd like someone's opinion to tell me if it looks good or not, and recommendations for jewelry if you're interested in suggesting. I like to wear small hoops and I'm good with silver and gold.
