How do I survive working a late shift?

Hey everyone,

I got an offer for a role I really want. It is double my current salary, and the commission structure is also very lucrative. The job profile is also much better, I'd learn a lot and it would be valuable experience for my career. My only concern is the working hours, the shift is from 5pm - 2am (wfh). I was working in a 1pm - 10pm shift before, and I found it very difficult to get proper sleep at night cause my brain wouldn't shut up and be in work mode even when trying to sleep. But maybe I was doing something wrong and not getting enough rest after work.

I really don't want the same to happen here, and sacrifice my health and sleep. If anyone else has worked similar shifts, or has any advice, I'd really appreciate it!!

I’ve been using minoxidil + tretinoin for ~8 months and had solid progress, I went from no cheek hair and weak sideburns to fairly filled-in cheeks.

My connectors are still pretty sparse though.

Earlier, I noticed more vellus growth when I applied minoxidil right after tretinoin, but I stopped because using both together at night was too drying. Now I do minox in the AM and tret at night.

Has anyone seen better connector growth from applying minoxidil right after tretinoin, or is separating them just as effective long term?
