Crime/Action Movie I saw back in like 2019
I only remember this one scene from the film which has stuck with me ever since I saw it.
The main character while running away from another group of characters ends up inside a bar or cafe where there is 1 man behind the counter and as the guys trying to get the main guy beat him or hold him at gun point, the bartender brings out his double barrel shotgun (possibly sawed off) from under the counter and forced the other guys to flees. There was some point about the bartender having been a veteran from a war (i remember it being a civil war i think) and either the guys after the main character were of the other side from said war or the bartender had enough of war/killing.
This might've possibly been a French film, no older than 95 I'd think but no newer than 2019. I don't recall anything beyond these but if this rings a bell for anyone please let me know! I've been dying to find this movie again!!

Are the new Cat in the hat memes a means to bring attention to the new Cat in the hat movie
I saw someone asking about the new Cat in the hat memes on instagram and I feel like they are a marketing scheme meant to bring more attention towards Cat in the hat as a brand and therefore act as advertisement for the new upcoming cat in the hat movie (which I would've never known about had it not been for the memes)
