In War of the Worlds: Part 2, the Omnitrix's DNA wave hybridized "all Highbreed that were in range of transmission", with Azmuth saying that it affected "every Highbreed in the Galaxy". so why wasen't this guy hybridized like everyone else.

In The Frog of War Part 1, a billboard fell on his fin and it didn’t do anything to him

Ben says in DAA that the only way to defeat a Waybig is to aim for the fin, this implies that any sort of force that hit's his fin can take down Waybig. So takeing that statement at his full capacity Waybig should’ve got one shot by that billboard, but he didn’t, meaning that’s not a weakness.

Also as a side note, it's said in the movie that “everyone knows that” so why does no one aim for his fin in UA or OV?
