Are there still red tag annas in chennai campus..also hows lyf there compared to main, should i go for cs in chennai or ece in main campus (cat 2 both prob)..also how's refund process as im checking josaa too..ty

heyy , im trying to access the Manipal counseling portal for JEE Main entry path, but the site is extremely slow and keeps crashing/timing out on my end.
