Hey guys,

I’m filling my TCS BGC form and got confused about name format.

In my documents, my name is in surname-first order.
But in my offer letter and form, it’s in given name + surname format.

Also, my middle name is currently missing in the form.

TCS says reordering isn’t considered a name change, but will this cause any issue in BGV?
Should I get it corrected to exactly match documents or is this fine?

I’ve already mailed the support team to add my middle name — any idea how long they usually take to respond or update?

Anyone faced this before?

Need some advice on choosing between offers.

Offers:
Infosys – 3.6 LPA
Capgemini – 4 LPA
Cognizant – 6.75 LPA
TCS – 7.09 LPA

Confused mainly between Cognizant and TCS.

Doubts:

• No location mentioned yet. I’m from Andhra, so hoping for something nearby but not sure how it works
• Between TCS and Cognizant, which one is actually better in terms of growth, projects, and learning?
• Is it okay to accept offer letters now and decide later?
• Will there be any issue if I accept and then don’t join?
• How does the joining process usually happen? Like who calls first?

Would really appreciate honest suggestions from people who’ve been through this.
