why does my planes wings stop working when above y 300

i just made my first plane with create aeronautics and whenever a go over y 300 my wings dont do anything. does any one know why?

RIP Neon. (small Video I made in like 5 minutes)

It sucks that i spent like 800 hours playing neon and now its gonna be really boring to play. hope they realize they just need to buff cipher instead of committing murder.

I have the quest line "A Hero Arrives" but i cant progress it? the second quest is to unlock hero equipment from the mastery tab. but i already did before i unlocked this quest. so now its just stuck there I fully 100 percented the hero mastery and it still wont work?
