What’s this redness around my mouth

What is happening?!? It seems to get worse when I don’t drink plenty of water. it’ll burn sometimes and sometimes spreads up around the top of my lip on the right side. I use CeraVe face wash. Eucerin cream, CeraVe healing ointment both with ceramides, and Vaseline lip protectant. It started about two years ago. Thoughts??
