Hi, I'm planning to recover my battery using this method. I'm using a 12V 65Ah Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) battery. When I charge the battery, the current is supposed to drop below 0.5A, but it gets stuck at 1.9A. Before I start, I would like to ask if this is worth trying or not. Here is the procedure:
1.Connect the battery to a 12V 21W light bulb, which will draw approximately 1.5A

2.Discharge it until the voltage drops to 12.00V, then disconnect the load.

3.Charge the battery using a power supply set to 13.8V at 0.5A, and wait

Im currently look at the https://quickboards.org/battery-management-system-design-guide-using-quickboards/#LTC6811_for_12-Cell_Voltage_Measurement_and_Battery_Balancing schematic, what is the capacitors (C35-X46) For? or is it just a representation of a battery?
