Dreams

I told my self i am not going to use weed/booze to cope with my relationship ending(~2 weeks). Anyways, is there any way to stop dreaming of her every single night, it’s ruining my sleep, i wake up every couple of hours with crazy anxiety and my heart racing.

I’m assuming this is normal aswell?

How do show her i changed?

So me and my gf broke up, (little under 2 years of dating)she ended it with me about a week ago. There was a lot of mistakes that i made in the relationship which lead her to her breaking point, at the time it was hard to see my wrong doings but being a week in its clear that i had some problems that she wanted (and even told me) needed to change. Communication and being open with my feelings and not trying to always be “correct” during arguments. During the break up i pleaded i would change, nearly said anything to changer her mind. But she felt we “exhausted the relationship”. And i pleaded to talk in person and was left on read. since then no contact.

I know it is still a fresh break up and that no contact is the only way to move forward, that i need to become a better version of myself. My question is, she is graduating college this week(college was a super stressful time for her )
and has commencements this weekend, I’m not sure if i should text her and congratulate her or just stay no contact. I’ve thought about going to the ceremony but i think thats definitely my mind thinking crazy.

We dont have any mutual friends and live in different towns so seeing her locally is not ever possible, im just wondering, how do i also make her know that i have changed and want to give it another shot…. Yes i know that i still need more time to heal, as well as give her her space to heal,

So; do i congratulate her on graduating? How/when do i show her I AM capable of change and want to give it another shot?
