Purchasing second hand ticket

So I bought two tickets for the ONL, got the epasses, the tickets with the qr code and the invoice too. The epasses got added to my Google wallet and I also successfully transferred the tickets to my account using the gamescom transfer ticket website.

I was unsure if it was correct like this, so I contacted the support and they said that we need to purchase new ones because these tickets are not on our names, despite me being able to transfer them to my account.

So what should I do now?

How hot do the ROG laptops get?

Hi, so my question is basically the same as the title, how hot do the newer ROG laptops get?

I have a Lenovo loq (ryzen7 7435hs, rtx4070) for well more than a year, but in the last month or so it started to get so incredibly hot on the surface, that without exaggeration it feels like it's burning my hands. I changed the entire cooling system along with the paste last week with the warranty service, and limited the cpu temp to 85°C, but to no avail. For example last night I had to quit playing BF6 after just one round because it felt way too hot to touch the laptop.

That's where rog comes into my mind, because my gf has a rog, although a bit older with some ryzen 7 and gtx 1650 and while at max stress the laptop produces the same or sometimes higher temps (~95°C), her laptop feels significantly colder.

So that brings us back to my original question, how hot are they? Stupid question on a rog subreddit, but do you even recommend getting a rog? Which ones should I skip or go for? One thing I'd like is a 4070 in it to not lose performance compared to my current laptop, so some I checked are for example the G614JIR-N4108X or G614JI-N4133W with the rtx 4070 and either the i7 or i9 cpus.

Thank you for reading my rather lengthy post.

Very alarming temperature on laptop surface

Hi, so I have a Lenovo Loq 15ARP9 with a Ryzen 7 7435hs and RTX 4070 and in the last 1-2 months my laptop started to slowly get more and more uncomfortable to use due to it getting really hot.

At most games it easily reaches 90°C and at some it goes even to 95-97°C. As I'm writing this post I have to quit playing BF6 after just one round because it physically hurts to have my fingers on my laptop.

At first I used to use the laptop on balanced mode, but one after another I tried the following options to help with the temperature:
-Bought 2 cooling pads, one stronger than the other, but not a single degree cooler. Now I have regular stand to just have more access to air
-With premium care I had my entire cooling system replaced and have the components repasted last week. This helped a bit but now it feels like it didn't even happen at all.
-Selected and currently use Custom thermal mode with these:
-increased fan rpm
-balanced power mode
-cpu short term power limit 45w
-cpu long term power limit 40w
-cpu peak power limit 55w
-cpu temp limit 85°C
-everything else haven't been changed

Currently it is a tiiiiiiiny bit cooler, but it still makes me quit several games because my fingers felt burning.

I have this laptop since 2025 march, but this is the first time I experienced this.

Can someone please give me an advice how to lower these temps? I'm seriously contemplating returning it with warranty if they can take it back, if not, then just sell it and buy something else.
