(UPDATE! I think I'm gonna use some fabric strip hat racks to mount comic bags with Velcro, and keep the strips in place with elastic bands.)

I want to dress as a comic spinner rack for LA Comic Con, which will be on Halloween. I'm not sure how to go about doing it. I know that I can make a hat that's the signs at the top of it. I don't want to wear a bunch of cumbersome wires and stuff, however I need to get the point across about that being what I am. Maybe somehow display fake comics on my arms, torso, and thighs? I don't know how to sew, but I'm okay at doing EVA foam. Any help would be great. Here's some pictures of spinner racks, in case you're not familiar with what I'm talking about.
