Currently working here in the Philippines, earning mid-range but no matter how high the salary gets - it just seems like it's enough. Not that we do useless spending, in fact we're always finding ways in order to save.

Thought that there was more to this than just working from 8 am to 5pm with no opportunity for growth.

Recently, had a paid vacation in Singapore with the family (due to a being invited in a dance performance representing PH). Never thought I would love the culture & most specially the salary (lol) - but seriously considering it.

Has anyone here taken the leap and applied a job from a different country? Any thoughts about this?

Anyone know the benefits of these companies? I'm looking for any recommendations for companies that have great compensation & does have some kind of work-life-balance?
