What if the event gave us the chance to gain access to any one previous battle pass, instead of what the event actually gave us?

It could show us a list of available battle passes, and you could choose one to buy and therefore gain access to.

The details would take some work to flesh out so I sincerely doubt that overwatch would actually do this. Something more feasible could be giving us access to previous battle pass skins.

I’m sure a lot of us have a skin, locked behind a battle pass, that they’d love to have. And since it’s an anniversary event, what better way to celebrate and earn money than to give people a chance to buy a skins they previously couldn’t?

I’m sure we all know the infamous “Wei Wuxian,” “Lan Wangji,” scene.

I saw a Reddit post once, explaining what the literal meaning of what Wei Wuxian said in “The Untamed” was, rather than what the subtitles said, to give us more context on why Lan Wangji gets so upset at Wei Wuxian saying those words (the first sentence I quoted)

(if I remember correctly, it was something similar to ‘why does it matter to a stranger’ piggybacking off of Lan Wangji’s always calling him a stranger. I can’t find the post so if anyone remembers/knows what the exact wording is, or knows what post I’m referring to, please let me know.)

My question is, is that the same case for the book? That there’s underlying meaning behind his words that cause Lan Wangji to get so upset, that isn’t shown/obvious to us because it was lost in the translation to English?

Because, for Lan Wangji to become stunned at Wei Wuxian asking why it’s anyone else’s business, while possibly explained by him simply being frustrated that Wei Wuxian isn’t listening, doesn’t seem as likely, especially with the information I know from that post I mentioned. What do you think?

Now that it’s been confirmed that Wei Wuxian had a crush on Lan Wangji in the past, when they were younger, I’d like to discuss something.

“And it wasn’t as if he were actually into men, no matter how beautiful this man was.” -volume 1, page 129

A lot of people argued over whether or not Wei Wuxian liked Lan Wangji when they were younger, claiming he didn’t. I think the reason why they claimed such things is because of moments like this in which Wei Wuxian claims he doesn’t even like men.

With this new information revealed to us, I simply think this is another case of unreliable narration. He simply wasn’t aware he liked Lan Wangji in the past, and therefore, unaware he likes men. However, i could be wrong so im interesting in hearing what other people might have to say.

I’d also like to hear what other opinions people might have about Wei Wuxian liking Lan Wangji when they were younger

Edit: I’d like to clarify, it wasn’t that I wasn’t aware WWX liked LWJ when they were younger, or that I didn’t believe it, I simply wanted to have a discussion about these two ‘contradictory’ pieces of information. That’s why after I gave my opinion on it, i followed that by asking for any opinions others might have 🙃
