Chocolate flavor

Hi again :) last time i posted a no gum recipe but it still has protein powder :( so… sorry my bad ;) but this time i dont use protein powder anymore :)

- I combined low-fat and whole milk (100ml low fat high protein + 200ml whole milk)
- 30g cocoa powder
- 40g Allulose (i feel fine with allulose :v)
- 2 gelatin leaves (i dont use xanthan gum, i think gelatin is better for gut health. BUT IM NOT AN EXPERT :) so if im wrong again, im really open to new information :v)
- a pinch of salt
- vanilla extract

The texture i got from gelatin and allulose was really good. I also read from somewhere saying allulose brings the freezing point down? Anyway i only used the Lite Ice Cream function once, then i checked and saw that the texture was already good for me so i didnt respin anymore cuz i think respinning for this pint specifically might make it a bit metled…

The whole pint has: 257 calories - 11.5F - 30.4C - 22.6P

COOKIE & CREAM FLAVOR ;) without any gums

Just recently got a Creami and im still exploring the recipes :) here is a simple recipe without any thickeners (i avoid using xanthan gum since i have a sensitive easy-bloated stomach lol)

- 150ml low fat high protein milk
- 170g Greek Yogurt (whole, plain - not the non-fat one since i didnt use any thickeners so i need something that has fat)
- 20g cookie & cream protein powder (i used from Biotech)
- zero calories sweetener
- a pinch of salt
- vanilla extract

The texture was good :) creamy thanks to the greek yogurt :) i actually planned to test with gelatin but it hasn’t arrived lol :) next time i will test with gelatin and allulose sugars since people said allulose also helps with texture.

Has anyone tried Isoject protein?

Hi :) has anyone tried Isoject Whey Isolate especially this flavor? I love pistachio so i was a bit temped 👉🏻👈🏻
