Chocolate flavor
Hi again :) last time i posted a no gum recipe but it still has protein powder :( so… sorry my bad ;) but this time i dont use protein powder anymore :)
- I combined low-fat and whole milk (100ml low fat high protein + 200ml whole milk)
- 30g cocoa powder
- 40g Allulose (i feel fine with allulose :v)
- 2 gelatin leaves (i dont use xanthan gum, i think gelatin is better for gut health. BUT IM NOT AN EXPERT :) so if im wrong again, im really open to new information :v)
- a pinch of salt
- vanilla extract
The texture i got from gelatin and allulose was really good. I also read from somewhere saying allulose brings the freezing point down? Anyway i only used the Lite Ice Cream function once, then i checked and saw that the texture was already good for me so i didnt respin anymore cuz i think respinning for this pint specifically might make it a bit metled…
The whole pint has: 257 calories - 11.5F - 30.4C - 22.6P
