Maximum capacity 89%

did I ruin my ipad battery health? it was bought just last october, ipad A16. it's set to charge only up to 80% but i've noticed for about 3 days it kept charging beyond 80% so i decided to check if i accidentally changed the settings. the batter still says 'normal' but when i click on that 'normal' i saw "maximum capacity 89%"

im not sure if that's equivalent to the iphone's battery health since im new to apple products.

i mainly use my ipad for drawing while watching youtube. im really scared if i damaged the battery already it hasnt even been a year yet 😭

background checks

How do companies actually conduct employment background checks?

I’m curious about the process because I’ve heard different things from different people.

Some friends have told me they’ve left certain short-term jobs off their resumes and never had any issues. On the other hand, I’ve also heard stories of companies finding undisclosed employment during background checks.

For those who work in HR, recruitment, or background screening:

How do employers typically verify employment history?

Do they only contact the companies listed by the applicant?

Can they access government records that show previous employers?

How common is it for companies to discover a job that wasn’t disclosed on a resume or background check form?

Is there a difference between a standard employment check and a more thorough background investigation?

Just trying to understand how the process works from the employer side.

please help what brush do you think she uses?

I’ve been trying to study Myetie’s art style in Procreate because her work has such a cozy, soft, storybook-like feel to it. I’ve already tried messaging her directly, but I haven’t received a response, so I thought I’d ask here in case anyone recognizes the brush or technique.

Does anyone have an idea what brushes she might be using for:

  • sketching/lineart
  • coloring
  • shading

I’m not looking to copy her work exactly. I’m mostly trying to understand what creates that soft, cozy texture and brush feel. To me it almost looks like a mix of watercolor, gouache, and pencil, but I can’t quite figure it out.

If you’ve studied her art before or have suggestions for similar Procreate brushes, I’d love to hear them. Thanks!
