Looking at buying this 4Runner in Canada, 2021. Thoughts on this? Would you walk or should i just get it rust proofed and all is well?

How bad is this? Considering buying a 2021 4Runner here in Canada. Is this something you’d walk away from. 4Runners are by no means cheap..
