Puppy sleep advice, 7 weeks

I have a 7 week old rescue who is just wonderful! She is going through normal puppy behaviors, learning bite inhibition since she was ripped too early from her litter mates and such.

At night, we keep her in a vet approved crate with a small plush and towel incase she pees. When we first got her two weeks ago, she cried all night and we let her out 2-3 times in a night to pee.

We currently put her to bed at 10 am, wake her up at 1 am and 3 am to pee, before a 7 am morning wake up time.

However, for a couple day now she has only peed at one of the wake up's and the other just seems to disrupt her sleep. It's been really hard on my partner and I getting up with her throughout the night, and it has left us overwhelmingly exhausted in the morning, but such is puppy life.

Do you all think we should start letting her out at 2 am, and wake her up closer to 6:30 am? It would be significantly easier on my mental health / sleep schedule, plus we wouldn't waste a wake up with ciggy (our puppy).

But I don't want to end up making her have to sleep in a crate she had an accident in, incase that's not enough. Any and all kind advice is welcome!

Tired of taking meds

I got diagnosed at 18 with bipolar and have been cycling through different medications for 4 years. Earlier this year I dumped the most recent batch of meds that didn't work and it was enough to open my own fucking pharmacy. I want to be on medication, when I am on the right one that doesn't have horrible side effects, it is tremendously helpful! But it's just exhausting. It's so frustrating not being able to spontaneously stay out late if I forget to put my meds in my purse. It's frustrating having to battle with CVS every couple weeks for the same medications my provider has already sent in. It's infuriating having to titrate up and ween off new medications more frequently than pretty much anyone else I know who takes medicine.

I very recently got a new psychiatrist and she is WONDERFUL. She responds quickly, is very attentive to the side effects / doesn't say "yeah that happens to a lot of people, and just seems to treat me like a human being and not a patient to profit from.

But it still sucks :/

Puppy sleeping tips please

Hello! We just rescued a 6 week old puppy yesterday. She was about to be abandoned, we took her to the vet today and got all of the things the vet recommended. This move had to have been very traumatic for her, being torn apart from her mother and litter mates by the people who were dumping the litter, and being moved into a new home.

Does anyone have any tips on how to help her sleep better at night?
She is too small to sleep in the bed, plus the vet said it is smart to start her in the crate with some blankets that smell like us and a small plush toy she can't choke on.

We are willing to do anything to ensure that this is a safe transition for her, especially in a new environment! I can handle a couple nights of whining, I just want to do what I can to help her after what the previous "owners" did to her and her litter.

Any and all kind advice is welcome!! Thank you - a new puppy owner
