Weight restoration

hi everyone

I have an MRI next week for something unrelated to ED. because of this I had to get my weight. I haven’t seen it in about a year and seeing it’s made me go a bit mad😂

so I’m now just into healthy BMI and have only really been getting better for a week in terms of consistency and behaviour avoiding. I had 2 lapse days since seeing it but I’m trying to pill it back.

does anyone have any advice. I’m feeling a bit fragile and weird as you can imagine :)

PT specialised in EDs

hi!

my aunt is looking into personal training as a way to get stronger. she has a past of an eating disorder- does anyone know of any personal trainers around Norwich who specialise in this?

honestly I’ve had this ED for 8 years and I’m now starting recovery. I’m a few days in and I’m horrible to be around! I’m being nasty and shouty and just crying/panicking to everyone around me. I feel miserable. I have therapy tomorrow which is possible! anyway... it’s not nice for my husband as you can imagine. any advice for the mental side of things and managing feeling like a raging you know what that hates everything?!

im aware i have a long way to go so would love to stop this was of being in its tracks 😂

hi everyone

about 4 days ago we got a 13 month old rescue saluki, greyhound, whippet cross. Generally he is lovely, loves people, so nice natured and very sweet.

today and yesterday he has gotten more barky and hyperactive. he will run around play fighting and will not stop biting our arms to wrestle. it’s really hard to get him to stop. we love him but if he is like this it may be hard for him to fit in with our life so we’d love to have some advice.

he will run around, bitte our arms, jump and not listen to command (he knows quite a few already). we put him in his crate or give him a chew toy, this occupies him for a bit before he starts again.

  • any advice would be hugely appreciated.
